Founders
Dr. Dulay grew up in Richmond, BC and after earning a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of British Columbia, he decided to move to England (his place of birth) to pursue Dentistry. In 1993 he obtained his Dental Degree at the University of Liverpool.
Having treated many patients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and medical complexities, her approach to quality care always centered on making her patients feel heard and supported. Taggar’s treatment philosophy parallels that of Richmond Dental Centre.
Core Team
Sharon Dulay (Dr. Dulay’s wife) is the office’s Continuing Care Co-ordinator. Sharon graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree in 1989.
Cheryl has been with Richmond Dental Centre since February 1989. She has contributed to the growth and success of the practice as it is today.
Pam has been with Richmond Dental Centre since September 1997. Pamela has been a perio study club member and continues to stay up-to-date with new dental technologies by taking many continuing education courses.
Simran strives to create an environment that is both comfortable and educational for her patients. Sharing knowledge that can allow patients to play an active role in achieving optimum oral health is one of her main goals.
