Dr. Inderjit Dulay
Dr. Dulay grew up in Richmond, BC and after earning a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of British Columbia, he decided to move to England (his place of birth) to pursue Dentistry. In 1993 he obtained his Dental Degree at the University of Liverpool.
After 3 years of working in the UK, Dr. Dulay decided to return to Richmond to raise a family. Eventually, the opportunity arose to take over a Dental Practice that appealed to Dr. Dulay’s values in dentistry and thus he is now in charge of a great team at Richmond Dental Centre.
Dr. Dulay has attended numerous courses to further his knowledge in the different areas of dentistry ie: Cosmetics, Orthodontics, and Periodontics. His commitment to continuing education in the various fields of dentistry ensures that patients receive the highest level of care at all times.
Dr. Dulay’s mission at Richmond Dental Centre has been to educate patients about the importance of oral health in the overall well-being of the patients. By educating patients, he can recommend treatment options that ensure the long-term health of the teeth and surrounding tissues, and also enhance the beauty of the overall smile.
Away from the office, Dr. Dulay is a typical husband and father. He enjoys watching sports on TV (football, hockey, and soccer) and the entire Dulay family are avid soccer players on local teams in Richmond. Also when time permits, they head up to the local hills for a bit of skiing and snowboarding.
Dr. Madhu Verma
Dr. Madhu Verma (Maddie) grew up in Chandigarh, India, and earned her dental degree in 2007 before completing a Master’s in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in 2010. She has been practicing dentistry since 2011 and relocated to Vancouver in 2022 after several years of clinical practice in the Middle East.
Dr. Verma has a special interest in minor oral surgical procedures, including wisdom tooth extractions, complex dental extractions, and the management of minor oral pathology. She is certified in Adult Minimal Oral Sedation and Nitrous Oxide Sedation and regularly participates in continuing education programs to stay current with advances in dentistry.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Verma serves as a Clinical Instructor in the Oral Surgery Department at University of British Columbia. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Indo Canadian Dental Association and the Fraser Valley Dental Society.
Dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care, Dr. Verma strives to make every dental visit comfortable, stress-free, and tailored to each patient’s needs. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys hiking, traveling, dancing, badminton, and water sports.

Zahra - Certified Dental Assistant
Zahra joined the team at Richmond Dental Centre in February of 2018. In her spare time, gives back to the Richmond community by dedicating a great deal of her time towards volunteer work.
